Adult Signature Required Policy

1. Why It's Required

The federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires adult signature on delivery of all vapor products. We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx with the carrier's Adult Signature service.

2. At the Door

• An adult 21 years of age or older must be present.
• The recipient must show a valid government-issued photo ID.
• The driver will not leave the package unattended.

3. Missed Deliveries

If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery up to three times. You can also reroute the package to a UPS Store, FedEx Office, or other staffed location through the carrier's tracking page.

4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Packages that cannot be delivered after three attempts are returned to RAZ Vapes Store. Refunds are issued for the product only; round-trip shipping is non-refundable.

5. Wrong Address or Refused Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Refused deliveries or returns caused by incorrect addresses are subject to the same shipping-fee deduction.

6. Workplace, Apartment, and Dorm Deliveries

Some workplaces, multi-unit buildings, and college dormitories restrict adult-signature deliveries. We recommend shipping to a residence or a carrier pickup location.
