Age Verification Policy (21+)

1. Federal Minimum Age

Federal law (Tobacco 21) prohibits the sale of tobacco and vapor products to anyone under 21. RAZ Vapes Store complies with this requirement nationwide, regardless of state minimum age.

2. Site Entry

An age gate is presented on first visit. You must confirm you are 21+ before browsing the catalog. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may be a crime in your jurisdiction.

3. Checkout Verification

At checkout, we use a third-party age and identity verification service that cross-references the name, address, and date of birth you provide against authoritative public records. If verification fails, you may be asked to submit a redacted government-issued ID. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded.

4. Delivery Verification

All shipments require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery via UPS or FedEx. The driver will request a government-issued photo ID showing the recipient is 21 or older. See our Adult Signature Required Policy.

5. Restricted Sales

• We do not sell to anyone under 21 under any circumstances.
• We do not sell to military bases that prohibit vapor products.
• We do not ship to jurisdictions that prohibit our products.
