1. Carriers & Service
RAZ Vapes Store ships orders via UPS and FedEx with Adult Signature Required (21+). USPS is not available for vapor products under the PACT Act.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Transit Time
- UPS / FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days
- UPS / FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
- UPS / FedEx Overnight: 1 business day
Transit times begin once the carrier picks up the package and do not include processing or weekends.
4. Adult Signature Required
An adult 21 or older must be present at delivery to sign for the package. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times; undeliverable packages are returned to us and refunded less round-trip shipping. See our Adult Signature Required Policy.
5. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply and are shown in cart.
6. PACT Act Compliance
RAZ Vapes Store complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, including age and identity verification, adult signature delivery, and monthly reporting of customer transactions to applicable state tax administrators.
7. Restricted States & Localities
We do not ship flavored or disposable vapor products to jurisdictions that prohibit them. Restricted locations currently include (without limitation): Massachusetts, Utah, Vermont, Rhode Island, and certain cities and counties (e.g., San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; Chicago, IL). Orders to restricted locations are cancelled and refunded.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States (excluding restricted jurisdictions). No APO/FPO or international addresses.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, RAZ Vapes Store is not responsible for theft. Contact the carrier and email support@razvapes.website within 7 days so we can help open a carrier claim.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim and arrange replacement.
11. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account page.
