1. Opt-In

By providing your mobile number or email address and checking the marketing opt-in box at signup, checkout, or on a marketing form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing messages (including via automated technology) from RAZ Vapes Store at the number/email provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Content & Frequency

Messages may include promotions, product launches, restock alerts, order confirmations, and shipping updates. Marketing message frequency varies; you can expect up to 10 messages per month.

3. Carrier & Data Fees

Message and data rates may apply. RAZ Vapes Store is not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or fees charged by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out

• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
• Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email, or email ebvapesusa@gmail.com.

Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping notifications, age-verification follow-ups) are not subject to marketing opt-out because they are required to fulfill your order.
