Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less original shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used vapor devices (for health and safety reasons).
• Items missing original packaging, seals, or accessories.
• Clearance or final-sale items marked non-returnable.
• Gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@razvapes.website with your order number and reason for return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank posting times vary.

5. DOA / Defective Items

If a device arrives defective ("dead on arrival"), notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after troubleshooting confirms the defect. After 72 hours, manufacturer warranty terms apply.

6. Damaged in Transit

Retain all packaging and email photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused at delivery or returned by the carrier (including failed adult-signature delivery) will be refunded less round-trip shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated we cannot recall the shipment; you may return it under this policy once delivered.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
