Return Policy

Unopened, factory-sealed RAZ devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Items must be in original packaging.

Opened devices, used pods, and individual flavors removed from a bulk pack cannot be returned for hygiene and regulatory reasons.

If you received a defective device, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
